Induction cooking involves a process of cooking using magnetism where the heat is transferred directly to the base of the pan. There is no conventional cooking element so the cooking surface stays cooler. When the pan is removed the cooking zone turns off immediately.
We have designed the Emilia induction hob with simplicity of operation in mind. The four cooking zone heating areas adjust automatically to the size of pan used.
The sleek front stainless steel frame protects the front edge from accidental pan contact unlike some models where damage to the front edge of the ceramic plate can occur.
A child lock must be deactivated before the cooktop can be used.
