FULL GLASS INNER DOOR
The oven door has a full glass inner window for easy cleaning, better vision and stylish design. The glass is easily removed for internal cleaning of the door.

TRIPLE GLASS DOOR
The oven door has 3 sheets of glass in the construction. This lowers the external door temperature and improves the insulation and efficiency of the oven.

STAINLESS STEEL ADJUSTABLE LEGS
The adjustable legs are stainless steel and allow for an adjustment range of 870mm to 910mm.

CAVITY COOLING FAN
A cooling fan under the hob operates automatically to reduce external surface temperatures. It continues to run even after cooking until the cooker has cooled down.

ELECTRIC OVEN FUNCTION
All electric oven models have fan assisted function which is a top and bottom element operating with fan assistance. This is perfect for cooking on more than one shelf.

SOFT CLOSE DOOR HINGES
The door hinges have constant close tension; this means that the door is softer to close and yet still maintains a tight seal on the oven.

The Matrix range of Emilia free standing cookers has been designed to provide a wide choice of model options for Australian home chefs.
All models are available with either a gas fan oven or a multi function electric oven. Manufactured by Glem Gas in Italy and designed specifically for Australia all Emilia Matrix cookers have cast iron trivets, digital clocks and cavity cooling fans.  In the Matrix 2 range we have introduced triple glass doors with lower external temperatures, solid stainless steel handles and new easier to keep clean burners.

Available in a choice of sizes 60cm, 80cm and 90cm the Emilia DI Matrix 2 range has some exciting features.
