There are 3 models available. Two models have a 4 burner gas hob with the option of a fan forced gas oven (EM534MVIB) or fan forced electric oven (EM534EI). The third model (EM539EIC) is an all electric cooker with a fan forced electric oven.

All ovens have a 60 litre capacity which is as big as some 60cm cookers and all ovens feature fan forced cooking functions. Closed door grilling is an added benefit, keeping cooking smells inside the oven and out of the kitchen, as well as improving the efficiency of the grill. All Emilia cookers have electric grills which allows for the fan assisted grilling feature.
